Welcome to Larissa InfoTech. These Payments Policy/Terms of Use ("Policy") govern the payment Terms of Use for the services provided by Larissa InfoTech ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By engaging our services, you ("Client", "you", "your") agree to comply with and be bound by this Policy.

Payment Terms

Advance Payment

An advance payment of 25% may be required before commencement of work, as agreed in the project proposal or contract.

Taxes

All applicable taxes (including GST) will be added to the invoice as per Government of India norms. The Client shall be responsible for paying all such taxes.

Invoices

Invoices will be issued upon completion of each project milestone or as per the agreed schedule in the project contract.

Payment Methods

Payments can be made through following methods:

  • Bank Transfer (recommended),
  • Credit/Debit Card,
  • IMPS/UPI,
  • Stablecoins like Tether (USDT) — supported networks: TRC20, ERC20, BEP20
Payment Due Date

Payments are due within 30 days from the date of the invoice unless otherwise stated in the project contract.

Currency

All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed.

No Cash Payments

Cash payments are not accepted under any circumstances.

Late Payments

Late Fee

A late fee of 1% per month will be charged on overdue amounts.

Non-Payment Consequences

Continued non-payment may result in termination of the project and/or legal action as deemed appropriate.

Suspension of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if payments are not received within the due date.

Collection Costs

The Client is responsible for any costs incurred by the Company in collecting overdue payments, including legal fees.

Disputes

Resolution

In the event of a payment dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the issue amicably through negotiation.

Confidentiality

Confidential Information

Any confidential information disclosed during the project will remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties without written consent.

Changes to the Policy

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
